The 9.0MW coto 1 Hydro Electric Plant(HEP），3.5MW coto 2 HEP and 2.2MW coto 3 HEP Projects,which are developed by CHC,are situated at sitio Coto,Barangay taltal,Municipality of Masinloc，and Province of Zambales.Masinloc is situated at the northern part of the coastal strip of Zambales where the 600MW coal power plant is located,it is 250 kilometers northwest of Manila,110 kilometers from Subic bay Metropolitan Authority and 30 kilometers from lba,the capital of the province.
